For espresso: 18-20 g coffee, 36-40 ml espresso (1:2 ratio). Water temperature 90-96°C. Distribute the coffee evenly in the portafilter basket and tamp it down. Extraction time 25-30 seconds. Serve with perfect crema.
For cappuccino: 1 shot of espresso (30 ml), 150 ml of steamed frothed milk. Milk temperature: 60-65°C.
For the latte: 1 shot of espresso (30 ml), 240 ml of steamed frothed milk.
For an Americano: 2 shots of espresso (60 ml), 120 ml of hot water.
Usage Tips:
Use freshly ground coffee – this preserves the aroma.
Use filtered water – it improves the taste quality.
Pay attention to the machine temperature - 90-96°C is ideal.
Set the grind size to the correct level - fine espresso grind.
Balance the tamper pressure – for even extraction.
