Order and Delivery
How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can use this number to track your shipment.
How much is the shipping fee? Shipping is free for orders of 2,000 TL and above. For orders under 2,000 TL, the shipping fee will be displayed on the shopping cart page.
How long will it take to receive my order? Your orders are shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered to your address within an average of 3-5 business days.
Products and Quality
Are your coffees fresh? Yes! All of our coffees are freshly roasted after you order and reach you in their freshest form.
Do coffee beans have an expiration date? Coffee beans stay fresh for 12-18 months in sealed packaging. However, for the best flavor, it's recommended to consume them within 1 month of opening.
Do you have organic coffee options? Yes, you can find our coffees labeled "organic" on the product pages.
Do the equipment I purchased come with a warranty? Yes, all our coffee and tea equipment comes with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies depending on the product and is stated on the product page.
Does the equipment come with an instruction manual? Yes, all our equipment is shipped with a user manual in Turkish. You can also find usage videos and tips on our blog page.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return the product? If the product packaging is unopened and undamaged, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product? Please check for damage upon delivery. In case of damaged delivery, have the delivery person prepare a damage report and contact us.

What payment methods do you accept? You can pay by credit card and/or debit card.
