Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@sodelicious.shop so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN TERMS
GENERAL

By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) as well as other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.

The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, together with any documents such as a warranty certificate or user manual, if applicable.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 daysof learning of the situation and refund the total amount within 14 days.
If the Product Price Is Not Paid
If the buyer does not pay for the product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
Purchases Made with Unauthorized Credit Card Use
If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was used fraudulently by unauthorized persons, and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the seller.
Failure to Deliver the Product Due to Unforeseen Reasons
If unforeseen force majeure circumstances arise and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed.

Request the delivery to be postponed until the obstacle is removed
If the buyer cancels the order:

If payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.

If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, although it may take 2–3 weeks for the bank to transfer the funds to the buyer’s account.
Buyer’s Obligation to Inspect the Product
Before accepting delivery, the buyer must inspect the product and must not accept damaged goods from the shipping company, such as items that are dented, broken, or with torn packaging.
Once the product is accepted, it is deemed to have been received undamaged and in good condition.
The buyer must protect the product carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used, and the invoice must also be returned with the product.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to themselves or to the person/organization at the address specified.
This right can be exercised without providing any justification and without any legal or criminal liability, provided that the seller is notified through the contact information below.
