Maintenance and Cleaning:

Before first use, rinse all parts with warm water and brew and discard coffee 2-3 times. After each use, allow to cool, then disassemble and clean with warm water. Do not wash in a dishwasher. Regularly check and clean the pressure valve. Do not use detergent. After drying completely, reassemble and store. Regularly check the gasket and filter.

Usage Recommendation:

Fill the lower chamber with water up to below the safety valve (approximately 100 ml). Add finely ground coffee to the filter basket, flattening the top (do not compress). Screw the top tightly shut. Heat over medium heat, keeping the lid closed. The coffee will come out creamy once the pressure valve starts working. Remove from heat immediately when you hear a bubbling sound. Serve immediately. Use approximately 12-14 grams of finely ground coffee for 2 cups.
